When do weigh-ins take place? +
Official weigh-ins are April 9th, 10th, and 11th between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You only need to come in on one of those days to get your starting weight recorded.
When does the challenge officially start? +
The Memorial Day Meltdown kicks off on Monday, April 13th. You'll receive all program details and your schedule after completing your weigh-in.
When are the final weigh-outs? +
Final weigh-outs happen the week of May 26th — Memorial Day week. Exact times will be confirmed as we get closer to the end of the challenge.
What fitness level is this for? +
All levels are welcome. Our coaches tailor the challenge for beginners through advanced athletes. Every workout includes modification options so you always have the right challenge.
How much time per day does this require? +
Plan for 45–60 minutes per day for workouts, plus a few minutes for daily check-ins. Consistency over perfection is our motto.
